July 18, 2011 Dear Berton Hamamoto, I just wanted to let you know that I am so very grateful for and impressed with the outstanding job Brandi Oshiro is doing in managing my Haiku Point townhouse in Kaneohe. She has kept the unit rented without fail all these many years, has kept me informed of everything going on, and most importantly has taken care of every need that has arisen. We had an unfortunate incident with this last tenant and Brandi went above and beyond anything I would have expected in handling the situation. She and her husband even went to the unit and emptied it of the tenants belongings when he abandoned the unit, and she stored the items at her house until proper notice could be served. She even took care of selling and disposing of the items. It is so reassuring for me to know that my property is being managed and handled so professionally and efficiently. It is nice to know that legal advice on handling these situations is available through your services, and that I never have to be the one to hassle with the tenant.
